hi guys and gals out there! i thought id better introduce myself! im 28, self employed hairdresser form redditch nr birmingham>i got a lavley bloke called called brian, who ive been with 10 yrs and were getting married next september!
Ive suffered with panic attacks for about 5 years or so now and am currentley on effexor (venlafaxine) but im deseratley hoping to come off it soon. got an appointment at the quacks next week. im soooo bloody scared though, the thought of feeling the way i did (plus the hyperventilating too) makes me feel sick to the stomach!
any one got any advice, or hugs!!!
