Is this really an achievable belief? Is it possible for the whole world to reach some sort of pacifist agreement or is the concept just to unachievable in todays society?

thats so sad ...but it carries an awful lot of truth in it ...which says a lot about the human condition for many millions of people around the world ...like dogs having meat thrown at them by their masters.
