Sounds more like Endometriosis to me.
I've been diagnosed with IBS myself, so I know (partly) what you're going through.

All I can say, is ask around your GP's and look for a doctor that specialises in Endometriosis. You should ask to see a gynaecologist too maybe.

These symptoms sound like more than just IBS - You should never be passing blood with IBS, so it sounds like there's something not quite right.

I suggest you see another doctor for a second opinion. It really doesn't sound as simple as IBS.

I wouldnt have said endometriosis tbh, although they can be mistaken for each other because the pain can be similar but I wouldnt have thought endometriosis would cause the intestinal problems, from what ive read about it.
Have they checked you for Crohns disease?

Could be a whole host of things [unlikely endo since it is primarily the bowel affected], ulcerative colitis, Crohn's, IBS as you say. You said you had a "camera down the throat", have you had a colonoscopy [up the other way]?

Dark stools [maleana] could be a sign of upper GI bleeding. Why have they not performed a colonoscopy or sigmoidoscopy? If it is UC [which it sounds like] this usually always only affects the colon

You have the symptoms, dark stools, weight loss, abdo pain. I suggest you go to your doc or go to another one if they fob you off again.

has the blood in the urine been there for as long as the blood in the faeces?
Id be inclined to think they might be coincidental because the bladder and the intestines arent connected, or maybe you being run down with your bowel/intestinal problems, might have led to you being more susceptible to urinary infections.

yes deffinatley sure i did a urine sample for them and it had high amount of blood in the just keep giving me antibiotics. theyve sent urine tests off to the hosp and they come back nad tho at the docs they find infection. the blood in the urine started 1st i had pains in the rite hand side at the back . tho that cleared up. when i get these attacks its about 1hr to 1hr30 after ive eaten, i get pain at the left hand side shooting towards belly button then it goes futher down, my stomche goes bloated then these cramps start which make me feel sick. my stomach makes noises then my bowel motions are really loose and am on loo for about 30 mins doubled up in agony im usually sick to.

That sounds really similar to my dads girlfriend and a friend of mine who both have crohns.
Obviously that doesnt necessarily mean thats what you have, but its worth mentioning it to your doctor if they havent already checked for that.

Ask to see a different doc, no infact DEMAND to see a different doc. Take someone along with you for support.

First of all i'm really sorry that you're in so much pain. I have ibs and it's uncomfortable enough without the pain you must be in!
I would tend to agree that this isn't just ibs and would be quite upset by my gp that they're happy to put it down as ibs when you're in such severe pain. I really would look at swapping doctors and getting them to refer you to a proper specialist again to try and get to the bottom of this. You shouldn't be in that much pain just because of food, it's not normal and something must be causing it. I would push the blood factor as well and say you're scared and worried and want it sorting.

    Good luck

You need to go back to your doctor if these are your symptoms.

If it is IBS it sounds like you need to think about better ways of controlling your symptoms. Try to think of foods that trigger your symptoms, or particular things that give you the pain. Some people find dairy foods, alcohol, caffeine and citrus fruits can give them gip. You can also buy things over the counter at the pharmacy for the pain. Speak to your pharmacist for advice.

If you can see blood in your urine, this needs further investigation. It is never normal.
