So I have dyspraxia which means I have slightly lower muscle tone and slight co-ordination difficulty and motor planning difficulty (these are only the physical symptoms)...

Anyway, was wondering if anybody had any ideas on sports I could try. I'd like to try some extreme sports and kayaking I also enjoy because I feel free on the water.

So, any ideas?

Shouldnt you be looking for a sport that will allow you to improve your coordination, for that try juggeling its good.

Maybe boxing a bit of coordination needed but its not the main thing and should improve your current coordination.

I taught a dyspraxic child to trampoline. He had quite severe symptons but coped really well with the basics. Mum also commented on how his co-ordination improved because of it.
