TEN REASONS WHY I COULD NEVER VOTE LABOUR.
1. Tony Blair is not a socialist
Tony Blair is a fraud, a conman, a spiv – but he is not a socialist. He is a friend of BIG business. He is a friend of Rupert Murdoch. He is a friend of George Bush. He is not a friend of ordinary families, trades unions or life-long, loyal, Labour Party people. He is easily the biggest fraud of a Prime Minister this country has ever had. He is an actor, a dandy, unprincipled, vain and conceited. He is many things, but he is not a Socialist.
2. Gordon Brown is a socialist
Gordon Brown has been busy redistributing wealth like no Chancellor before. As ever this means taking it from the people to the State as every good Marxist knows he should. It’s never from the rich to the poor – that’s just the marketing slogan. It’s from the poor, the average and the better off to the Government. It pays for more government. It also finances those who prefer to live off the state than earn their own way in life, making them forever dependent on the government, which in turn leads to more job creation in government. Money is taken from the hardworking and given to the lazy. Money is taken from those who’ve paid into their pension schemes all their working lives and given to those who’ve never paid into anything their whole lives. This is socialism in action, and we’ve never had a more actively socialist Chancellor than Gordon Brown who with one flourish of his pen has taken £40 billion out of Britain’s pension schemes, creating our first ever pensions crisis.
3. Tony Blair is a liar
Never has a British Prime Minister so brazenly and repeatedly lied about so many things, whether to do with his growing up, his private life, the small details of government or the big details of government. He knew when he said, on the eve of a crucial commons debate, that Saddam Hussein could launch weapons of mass destruction within 45 minutes that it was not true. “If you could see what I could see…” he told the British people. Now we know he could see nothing.
4. Peter Mandelson
What on earth has Peter Mandelson in common with the average Labour voter? Another dandy, who preens himself and likes to live the kind of high life he could not afford. Twice forced from office for lying and fraud. Known to be a bully, a sinister figure who’d make unspecified threats to Labour MPs if they disobeyed the party line. Does he have some kind of hold over Tony Blair? Why else would a British Prime Minister continue to entertain this quite ridiculous and unsavoury character?
5. Political correctness
The British people are being driven insane by Political Correctness. Commonsense is being turned on its head. Courts are passing unspeakably twisted judgments. Local authorities, schools and the police have adopted inverted priorities. Language has been censored. Village halls, Life Boats, Mountain rescue teams and a host of other worthy causes cannot get lottery funding while weird groups that cater for strange and sometimes even anti-British ideals receive millions. Labour is the party of Political Correctness. It is Labour’s native tongue.
6. Authoritarian government
This Labour government has presided over an explosion of surveillance and snooping. Cameras of every kind are appearing on every street corner. Databases are being built up and networked. Ancient citizens’ rights are being abolished. Compulosry identity cards are being ushered in along with satellite monitoring of car movements. No grand announcements, no fanfare, no argument. While everyone watched an illegal war, Tony Blair’s government has busied itself robbing the British people of their most cherished freedom – privacy to go about their business – without a whimper.
7. Alastair Campbell
Tony Blair’s right-hand man is a notorious, foul-mouthed bully, thug, liar, ex porn-writer and ex-prostitute. If you can tell a man by the company he keeps, this tells us all we need to know about Tony Blair.
8. Labour’s awful women
Look at them. Listen to them. Have there ever been more insufferably smug, patronising, school-ma’my, politically correct, robotic, nannying, irritating women on our TV screens? The latest addition, Ruth Kelly, serves as a useful composite of the lot of them. It is frightening to think that this strange woman is now in charge of our children’s education. She is a member of a secretive and extreme Roman Catholic sect, yet refuses to answer questions about it saying it’s a private matter. Oh no it isn’t. When you are a member of the government, and especially Secretary of State for Education, membership of a secretive religious sect is a public matter on which questions should rightly be asked – and answered. Or is she hiding something? And as for Cherie Blair..... rich barrister who's husband has made sure barrister's get even richer by prosecuting so-called human rights cases against the people of the country of which he is Prime Minister.
9. Labour’s awful men
John Prescott – thug, illiterate, inarticulate, total all-round idiot. John Reid – thug, Marxist. Ron Davies – (useless) liar with the morals of a badger. Alan Millburn – incompetent. Failure at everything he turns his hand to (thank goodness!)
10. England
Labour hates England and the English. It hates the English people, their culture, their history, their way of life, their homes, their towns, their values, their principles, their security. It hates the independence of the United Kingdom and wants us to be ruled from afar, by foreigners – unelected bankers and bureaucrats in other European capitals. In an act of utter reckless vindictiveness, Labour has taken down the front gate and allowed hundreds of thousands of people to migrate to England, without any concern whatsoever for the impact on our way of life, our culture, our housing stock or capacity in our public services. But even worse than this: it has wickedly portrayed good, kind, inoffensive people who bear malice towards no-one as “racist” if they dare to complain at this major change to their country, which they are paying for but over which they were never consulted.
And true to form, it has lied and lied and lied about what's taking place - and that it's happening because the Government wants it to happen.
