What is the actually limit size for uploading a avatar?

Because it says, 400x60 , but that cant be right and i cant seem to upload nothing :( :banghead:

    Mine is 400*60. Maybe the file size is too big (I can't remember the actual file size - it tells you in the change avatar bit)? Or you are just doing it wrong?

    It can only be 19.5K in size.
