Bored with getting stoned?

Hey y'all, reply if this sounds like u : -

U get up in the morn for school/uni/work/whatever, and rip a bong, or smoke a joint. Then u do your shit, come home and just smoke the herb all night. Weekend comes, not that much money...not enough to go out...but just enough to get stoned.

See a pattern?

This is my life, I wanna break it so badly, but it's so difficult, getting stoned has become a normality rather than the treat it used to be.

Just started taking e's again, thats going good though, went to Dave Clarke Vs Bob Sinclar at Sankeys is Manchester last fri. Fucking blinder of a night, i only had 1 pill, and i was flying all night, Daft Punks 'One More Time' has become somewhat of a crowd-pleaser, and bobs own 'Feel For You' just show's u that the phats and small era did mean something after all.

Anyways, reply if you feel bored of smokin' the 'erb cos a new-year-rehab might just be in order. Must make the new-year worthwhile now, anybody got any idea's for new year, i'm into banging house / disco / breakbeat, whatever. French house rocks, anyone know of any Cassius dates?

Yeah been there done that got several blim burned t-shirts and given up.

Seriously giving up regular smoking like that is a good thing. I might have a spliff avery week now pushing it.. compared to getting thru an oz a week not bad.

U gotta think if ya want to spend money u wanna get lively n have a wicked time... not mong out n sleep.

Give it up, go get pills or even better alcohol, cos to b honest alchol still rhe funniest thing around.

Funny how people have such different reactions to different drugs.

I've been a hardcore IV drug user for years (heroin and cocaine), but I can't smoke weed.

One little toke and I hallucinate like crazy (and it's NOT a good trip). I also get paranoid and have muscle spasms.

Anyone else experience this? Do you think here is some other drug mixed in?

I dunno - I have a friend like that - she does other drugs but she can't smoke AT ALL, she also hallucinates and throws up so much! I think its just that people different, maybe like an allergy or something.

Marky b, I was just like you a while ago, just used to smoke weed to feel normal, without it I just didnt feel right, I could go without it for a couple of days everynow and then but then Id be caning it for days afterwards. I think you just get used to feeling that way and then when you dont its not right.
If you really wanna stop I think the best thing to do is cut down a bit at a time, it might not work for you some people are better at some strategies than others when it comes to giving drugs up but just try one thing at a time.
When you realise that you dont NEED it, things will probably be easier, just dont rush yourself, if you dont smoke weed for a few days, put the money you would have spent on it away and watch it grow.
But then dont blow it on buying a bar or something.

Im just the same with puff although I just get paranoid or fall asleap. It never really appealed to me at all but my brother has been so into it for years (he is such a moody git without a joint in the morning)!!! I think that I just prefere to be up and buzzing rather than mellowed out, not really sure.
