The Y SPEAK Consultation Fund is a scheme which awards grants to help young people take their views to decision makers.
Y SPEAK Youth Board Members:
- Promote the scheme to young people and organisations
- Assess grant applications
- Support youth led projects in consultation
- Evaluate projects
Changemakers is recruiting 9 new Youth Board members aged 16-25 from across England to join an existing team. We value diversity and particularly welcome applicants from minority and under-represented groups.
Changemakers is running Y SPEAK on behalf of the Department for Education and Skills. Changemakers is a leading national charity which promotes and develops young person led action and learning. For more info visit www.changemakes.org.uk
Closing date for applications is 31st March. Interviews will be held week of 11th April for the job to run from June 2005- June 2006.
