Im doing my Higher and Int 2 exams in 3 months, and would it be good for me to take up swimming and going to the gym at 5 on Tuesday to Friday and on Saturday?

Its I'm on a diet for my dinner dance, and want to lose weight (duh!) but i don't know if it can really be done with the exams so close ya know??

With 3 months you could lose weight.... If you join up at the gym ask a personal trainer to guide you through schedule that suits you.

Swimming is an excellent way of all round excercise...

    2-3 times a week is plenty, don't over-endure yourself, it's not healthy.

Yup, really only serious atheletes train more than a couple of times a week, so it's not worth doing, especially with exams coming up. Also excercise will help you break up revision, and it can boost your mental agility and concentration, and possibly force you to discipline your learning.
