Hi

I'm with wanadoo anytime at the moment and want to end my contract. Ive tried emailing them but had no response and their customer service number is always busy.

Anyone had this problem or any oideas on solving it?

    write them a letter
    then stop the direct debit after 30 days if you get no reply

    arrange for the direct debit to be stopped now, then 14 days before the next payment is due, make sure they will have received a letter by then, so 2 and a bit weeks before its due write and send a letter

    Best sending your bank a letter to cancel your Direct Debit as well.
