I've got my first mental health appointment coming up on the 8th march.

It says in my letter to bring with me any medication I'm taking...

Now does that mean any medication for depression or just any medication in general... and if its just general meds then does that include pain killers?

Might sound like a dumb question but I don't knnnnooowww and it's bugging me.

Not looking forward to it one bit. :impissed:

May as well take the lot. It'll help them to make sure they don't give you anything that will react with your current medications.

    Hope it goes well. :)

 S`what I was gonna say. Take all of it. Maybe not paracetamol, but its better to take too much than too little with you.

Good thinking... I'm sometimes on pretty heavy pain-killers so I guess they'd need to know.

    Ta.

    they usually mean all.

other drugs (especially stuff like the pill) can feature in depressive illness.
