Sleep!

Yes, thats right, sleep. Once the night is over, the drugs have been taken and the dances danced, there is one thing I need to return to human form (well, one thing other than tea and spliff) and thats sleep. However, recently I have found myself far too wired to sleep a wink, which means I have been turning up at home at 9pm on Sunday, having been awake for 36 hours, in a complete state. Something needs to be done...

Does anyone have any handy hints on how I might reach the land of nod come Sunday? I even fail to sleep sometimes after taking some Valium, so thats not a solution...

The most obvious solution (I sound like a parent here) it to not do the cheeky fellas in the first place.

Or try growing some hard-core hybrid of Sensi and Jack in you bedroom closet. If that fails a good two hour session of BBC News 24 usually does the job.

    Sweet Dreams..

I know where your coming from, i hate that point on a sunday morning when sleep is all you want to do, the 'working' week is getting ever closer, your sat alone, bored and still its impossible

Hong kong charlie, i have also spent many such hours camped in front of bbc news 24

Wow! Looks like our true addition is News24. Spent a good number of hours in front of that one myself...

Generally though if I can't sleep I just have sex. When thats over we just lie there for a while. If neither is asleep after an hour or so we start again.

No g/f? Don't knock masturbation (its sex with some-one i love)...

I usually find alcohol on a comedown sends me off to sleep.
