God they are horrid arnt they - am so so hungover today and tired. am well pissed off have had like ermm no sleep - was on the beer all day yesterday saw me mate charles and that was that got to sleep at 5:20 ish this morning and was up at 7 to get ready for work and here I am sitting at my desk feeling reallu horrible.....good weekend had my all then.........??

    I had a great weekend. Too much dancing. not enough sleep. Can't move or think. Blah.
