Me? I'm just chatting on MSN and deciding which flat to go for. Both in the same block, identical layouts, one is two double bedroomed at £500 per month and one is three bedroomed at £550 per month, which would you go for?

I probably should have mentioned the flats are both fully furnished and have just been refurbished so they look absolutely gorgeous and the kitchen is to die for! Council tax and all that aren't included, no, but there are three of us sharing so it's less than £200 a month rent each.

    3 people = 3 bedrooms.

    Unless there's a pair inbetween those 3.

Martin and Alistair are a couple so they'll be sharing a room. But a spare room couldn't hurt, right? And we could always in the future get a lodger and charge him a little bit extra so we get some of our rent payed ;)
