How Much Bandwidth Do You Use Per Day?

Former MemberFormer Member Posts: 1,876,323 The Mix Honorary Guru
I recon after downloading a bandwidth tracking program I'm using about 50mb a day of transfer

Just general emailing and forums

That excludes any kind of filesharing, etc.

What do you recon you use normally in a day?

If you're doing 7--8 gigs a way, what sort of hard drive space are you using to accomodate that? Alternatively, are you using DVD burners?

I do about 50MB a day on browsing and then a further 150MB a day on Soulseek. My upload on Soulseek will be another 150MB. Does that count towards my bandwidth allowance, or is it just the downloads that count?

i think its both that count, cause uploads affect their service as well

    i have a 160gig hdd
    and an 80gig hdd

though not all of what i download i keep

    i download the following:
anything that interests me, usually deleted
stargate sg1 + stargate atlantis, though i only keep the sg1
    24
battlestar gallactica, which i delete when i have watched them
    west wing

and enterprise as well, those are deleted though

i also have every red dwarf ep, but now burnt onto a mere 16cds
