It's been years since I got anything like a "toy" for a present.
And it's been years before I got a piece of clothing as a present, except if I was around to choose it myself.
Actually, apart from the above exception, it's been years since I got anything as a present that wasn't cash.

I got a fucking horrible fleece from my auntie.

My mam was like "Well I knew not to buy you clothes because you've got your own wee style", so she gave me vouchers instead.

    For Next :(

Moral of the story? Sometimes it actually is better to give than recieve :(

Don't reply to me then, quite simple. I would accept your apologie (sp?) if i thought you mean't it. Liek it was already pointed out. You wouldnt have bothered even posting again if you meant it.

No battery things for me this year! When I was little my parents used to buy large value packs of batteries from places like argos and poundland (a whole DAYS worth of play from those beauties...).

    Malt Munk xxx :)

P.S. Tweet and Reese, can you guys bitch over pm or something because you're souring an otherwise lighthearted thread.

And Rolly- I miss Ozzie Osbourne!!

my kid grandparents always but them batterie operated toys but usualy forget to include batteries, so this year i went to toysrus as they always have batteries on offer. so for £15 i got five packs of different size batteries. sure enough they were needed. why do people forget to include batteries? is it cause they are so dear? im going to start using rechargeable ones......
