spots on my bum!!! HELP!!!!

it is a real embarassing problem for me but when i look int he mirror it looks horrible,
does anyone know how i can get rid of them??

is it safe to use the usual facial spot cleaners or what else is there?????

it is really ofputting

    If you're in your teens and susceptible to spots, keep clean, avoid sugared and oily foods and you may want to try a thin sprinkling of talc powder in your underwear to keep yourself dry (because of sweat etc). Eat lots of fresh vegetables and fruit and drink more water to cleanse your system. It sounds like a big hastle but once you're in the swing of things, you'll find it easy to keep it up.
