Weight!!!!!

I seem to be getting bigger waist wise, i dont know why! Its when im bored i eat, and im always bored, ive not left the house for ages, all my pals have sort of left me behind abit, coz im back with my boyf! Im planning on doing more exersize and stuff BUT i cant go on a diet coz ive tried before and i couldnt do it! Can anyone suggest a good method of losing weight!

    Firstly, do you really need to lose weight? If so, go to your GP or practice nurse and get your weight and height measured properly, and find out what the sensible range of weight is for your height.

    If you're not truly overweight, please don't go on a diet! Maybe you could try doing some regular gentle exercise to tone up a bit, and you could arrange to go with one of those friends you don't see so much of any more.

    Eat a healthy, balanced diet, take care of your body, and try to feel good about yourself whatever size you are.

    Is it a self confidence problem?? Or are u really having trouble??? do you know your measurements like height or weight??? U shouldnt worry but if u want to tone up a bit do like 20 sit ups for two nights and then increase by ten every two nights, they can help to give a bit if defenition to your waist. U could also do leg ups (I dont know there real name so i made it up!) where you lay on the floor on your back and raise your legs 6 inches and hold for ten seconds, hurts but REALLY works!!!

    I love to eat too, i sound like a pig saying that but i wont deny it. Try eating your biggest meal early in the day so you are well stocked up for the day, it should make u feel less hungry, or break meals into six small ones through the day (i dont like this one coz i am never satisfied unless i have atleast one big meal a day!)

    I know the feeling! Try getting more healthy snacks into the house, I have grapes and cornflakes because I like things to nibble on, and cut down on the crisps and biscuits. And keep busy around the house (or go out for a walk), if you concentrate on something you get bored less easily.

    Like Karla says, "Eat a healthy, balanced diet, take care of your body, and try to feel good about yourself whatever size you are." Your boyfriend obviously loves the person you are inside, and what you look like outside won't make any difference to that.
