I'm worried about my period...sorry to bug you guys with this but am seriously stressed out that I'm 2 weeks late. I'm 16 and started when i was like 11, so i was thinkin they should have settled down now and got into a regular pattern. I cant be pregnant because I had my period last month and have had no sexual relations before then up to the present date. Could i be carrying the next jesus? anyhoo! i just want some tips on how to stop getting stressed about it because i know stress messes them up too...please help! I think its not helping that i actually wanted my period before my boyfriend came up and its still not here so i'm going to be moody the whole weekend hes here and that sucks!

TIPS!?! please! i'd you forever if you could help...i'm open 2 any suggestions!

I cant be pregnant because I had my period last month

...you can be it has happened alot to lots of people. but i doubt if you are. the only way really to put your mind at rest is to do a test. nothing will stop you worring until then...believe me i know ive had enough scares to know about it.

good luck i know its not much help but it the best solution in my opinion.

no really i cant be pregnant...dont u have to have had sex for that? like at least once? sorry i didn't put that i was a virgin in my first post. i'd just rather not have my sex life, or lack of, posted across on a bulletin board...altho that is kinda an important piece of info

ok sorry wasnt that clear, either that or im sleepy, probably the latter. <IMG alt="image" alt="image" SRC="http://www.thesite.org/ubb/smile.gif">
ok if thats the case i really dont think theres much to worry about.
to de-stress try listening to music, getting some smelly candles ect...just to relax you. it can happen that they can just suddenly become irregular. either eating to much, no enough, stress & so on so dont worry also 2 weeks isnt that late. but if you do want to make it so you come on the same time every month then the pill will sort that out. its an option anyway if thats what you wanted.
dont really know what else to say. sorry if its not much help
good luck!

Just one more thing: periods don't necessarily become more regular in the course of years. Mine is very irregular although I've had it for more than 10 years and I even miss out on one every now and then (not related to pregnancy...), for no obvious reason. I talked to my gyno about it and she said I shouldn't worry about it.

okay, since we're on the topic of periods, i best ask now, i'm 16 jus like Choc, and my period started at 11, i have NEVER had a constant pattern, sometimes i don't even see my period for 6 mths and stuff, ppl keep tellin me i should go get checked up, to see what the problem really is, but i'm not really bothered by it, b coz, havin ur period is such a drag, prevents u from doing loads of stuff... back then i was a virgin so i was never really worried about it, but now i'm not, i've been having sex for like 3 mths now, i thought i was pregnant, but i took one of those home pregnacy tests, and it came up negative, but those are never really quite accurate...
now i'm really worried, b coz someone said even though u've seen your period you could still be pregnant.... i've seen my perod twice since July and i thought there was no way i could be pregnant, but not i'm not quite sure... HELP!!!

God this is really late and you've probably had your period by now <IMG alt="image" alt="image" SRC="http://www.thesite.org/ubb/tongue.gif">
BUT if not, then take a test because my friend who was trying for a baby said that she had a light period even when she was pregnant. so its not impossible, but you're probably just stressed..

Why dont you see the doc about it? It might be that going on the pill will solve all your problems and give you blissfully light, regular periods. Many girls do, even virgins. its normal nowadays,
