Hey y'all!
I was just wondering why, after I do sport and then stop and rest, certain muscles (hamstrings, knee ligaments, groin, triceps and stomach muscles) twitch strangely . Its normally one at a time. The twitching is really strange as you can actually see the muscle tensing and its irregular so I cant get used to it. They are sometimes of varying strengths as well.
I have been told it could be due to nervousness and/or tiredness and could also be due to high levels of caffeine (I drink huge amounts of Coca-Cola - several ppl suspect a sponsership deal ).
I do also have some weaker muscles due to past muscles strains that I didn't rest as well as I could of (hamstrings and groins mostly). Also spent 5 months of last year (November 2000 - March 2001) with a Osgood Schlatters Disease if that means anything to anyone - which i doubt to be honest
Any help would be great (I think I might go and see a doc this week just in case)

Its really wierd, anyway i think it twitches from being tired or not stretched out after playing a sport or whatever. Try stretching that muscle more and see what happens, it usually works for me.
