I have 6 diddy catuses...how do I water them, how much should I give them and how often...I ask this because many a cactus has died in my care...I've rotted their roots with two much water, killed them with too little, given it too late and in the wrong places...!

My cousin was given a cactus and she hated it. For some reason she felt guilty about the prospect of throwing it out or giving it away so instead she stuffed it on top of the wardrobe in the hope of murdering it and promptly forgot about it. Two years later she re-discovered it up there, thriving.

I believe actually that both Cacti and Cactuses are correct.

    Feel the love.

But it remains that an apostrophe denotes possession rather than plurality. ;)

Its one of the few things that has two plural spellings isnt it?

I believe a group of Cacti is called a prickle.

I bow to your superior knowledge of more than one cactus. ;)

For the record, agenda is already plural (so there's no such thing as agendas), as is data.
