I rarely cook though, I also make the best scampi chips and salad! :D Everyone should pop over for all my lovely grub.

I'm so lonesome! My Dad's off to Safeways, and my Mam and sis are off shopping in town :(

I can cook most things - too many years of watching ready steady cook - taught me everything I know. EVERYTHING I cook is just amasingly plate lickingly yummy.

However I think that the thing I was most astounded I could cook was Poached Salmon with Hollendaise sauce - its really easy but just sounds impressive - I didn't know that till I tried though.

The best thing I ever learnt from my dad was frying little pieces of chicken that have been coated in cornflour. I do it with rice and chili sauce and it's the fucking bomb!

It's hardly masterchef standard but everyone I've ever done it for loves it.

I guess it depends how imaginitive i'm feeling. I cook dinner everyday and i guess the easiest things to make are home made soup and pasta dishes like lasange and stuff.

Although i do like to jazz things up a bit by making my own sauces, which are easy and take about a minute.

I would love to go on a cooking course or something similar to learn how to cook things properly, i'm a fan of the uk food channel but most stuff they make requires obscure ingredients, a fair bit of money and effort :p

Vegetable Chilli, yummy. Even my brother loves it and he won't usually go near food that hasn't had to have been shot.
