DOES ANYONE KNOW?

i had my appendix out a couple of months back, someone told me you are ment to take at least 2 weeks rest afterwards, no exersise at all! well i was doing tkd and pe lessons 3 days after i came out of hospital!
( ok i know im soft but it kills me just sitting around) well the problem is i keep getting pains in my belly when exersising right were my scar is! does anyone know if this could be through returning to tkd too soon and has anyone got any advice apart from going to the docs please help if you can!

    just rest woman. I know that it might be boring, but if you fall, or rip the stitches or something, then it would just cause complications, if you need to do exercise, go walking or to the gym or something. hope this is of help (oh and you could go and see a doctor!!!! joking!)
    dont you think that people would have taken Ghandi more seriously if he didn't have the first name 'Mahatma'... just a thought.

    ok j9 I thikt he technical term would be OW! i think I should have my appendix out, it does nothing, much like a spleen. but that has a funky name... anyway, take j9's advice, the one with the experience is generally right!

    thanx guys! but i dont mean the stiches on the out side, i ment the ones underneath keeping my muscles together, after those horrible doctors put a big slice in it, i tell u when uve been working on a nice muscle belly and they go and cut it on you, it makes you want to cry!!!!!!!

    *cries like a big baby with no whole muscles in her belly*

    God my names lee anne, n i had my apendix out not so long ago,

    it was about i dont know 9 months or something i have nooo idea, lol

    but i was out doin really bad things the day i came out of hospital, lets just say i was having my own medication,

    not too clever but i know what u mean, when iwas in hospital i was off to the smoking room every two mins for a cig, it stunk in that room but it was a hell of a lot better than all the incontinent old ppl i was in a ward wiv!!!

    God i couldnt even go to the loo in my own ward once because they left a bed pan in one of them n the whole side of that the loos was on stunk!!

    Plus i was sick of walking past old men who were like 89 and gettin thier todgers out all the time when i went past, sorry about that little moan but when ur 16 stuck in a hospital wantin to do other things n u feel ill n sick it aint nice is it having all that too.

    I am DEFINITELY going private to have my tonsils out!!!

    Forgot to say lol mine hurts too as well if i poke it n mess about n i used to get these fuck off twinges in it, but its ok now n i think its shrunk a bit, that could just be my imagination tho.

    There is some thinking that the appendix is part of the immune system.
