I got meself a new councellor.

I'v only spoke 2 her on the fone but she sounds like a rite bitch. I don't even know if i want to go see her.

Like lolly said try and give it a chance, maybe you are right she is a bitch, but if you go into a session believing that then you will be hindering yourself and your recovery and progress. I know it's not easy It's taken me 4 and a bit years to get comftable with my psychiatrist. I know it's going to take time with my cpn (if he still wants to see me) and my psychologist (if I ever get a bloody appointment...lol).

i sound like an idiot on the phone, but in real life.. ok, that doesnt prove my point.

yeah im the same i ramble on the phone and chat loadsa poo,

but i do that in real life too but just a bit nicer n probably sound waay nicer.

Ive had counsellors n not liked them but because i did what u did, i decided i didnt like them b4 id even met them,

but my drugs counsellor that ive got now is mint, she bought me this really cool mug for my birthday n got me this top card shes wicked, so give it a go n u never know.

I also think you should't give it a try, when it doesn't work out you can always deside what you're going to do...at least you've tried...

maybe its just coz she was on the fone. loadsa adults i know are dead nice peopel, but they just take this weird kinda stuck up tone wen they r on the fone, fuck knows why, maybe they just feel like they hav to impress their boss who is standin next to them or summin. anyway im sure she'll b ok, just give it a go. as one of mine always used to say, "dont knock it til uve tried it". good luck anyway xxx
