Does anyone else self harm?

if anorexia counts as self harm? i don't think its quite the same somehow is it? so sorry i can't help except to say. good luck and be strong

I have problem that I'm trying to fight self harm and cutting in particular (although I also harm with paracetemol and other medication overdoses) it is a difficult situation, I'd been cut free for nearly 3 or 4 weeks but a few hours ago that all changed. Hey whizzygirl, Id say anorexia counts as self harm as does drug abuse. It all harms our bodies and its somthing that we do to ourselves too. I suffered from quite a bad eating problem, and had a drug problem and self harmed...I was told that all of the things I done I did to hurt myself in some way. Thankfully I am ok at the moment but its not something that goes away easilly. I will always be battling them but thats just something u have to learn to do. Getting better isnt saying goodbye to your problems and never experiencing them again, its simply learning how to cope with them and live life normally.
