Im going away on saturday and the website I use I don't trust there estimated train lenghs, I use

thetrainline.com

do you know of any i could use which would tell me the lengh of time to get from Witham, essex to Oxford??

    I always use this, and it's always been accurate enough for me. Cept when there was a sudden influx of football fans on the way to Manchester the other week, but that's excusable, I guess. And most likely not the website's fault..

    Never used it to buy tickets or owt though, if that's what you were after.

    ya nutter you get em much cheaper buying online/booking online. think i mean booking. as long as you book in advance!

    like Leeds- Bath will cost me a tenner each way if i book early enough!

    Bollocks.

    You can get any ticket you can buy online at your local station. It all uses the same system, the same rules, the same regulations. And it also brings up tickets that TheTrainLine doesn't like to recognise, such as First TPE Apex.

    TheTrainLine are morons, I wouldn't trust them to run a bath.

    As for train times:

    plan a train journey
    train running information (just type in your start station and it says if there are delays).
