make sure u get a good nights sleep.
get regular exercise and make sure u take regular breaks,
someone recommended power naps, like a 5 minute nap in between studying, i tried it and it sooo works.
just try to stay calm and remember it will be all over soon !!
good luck <IMG SRC="smile.gif" border="0" ALT="icon">
I dont know if my attitude is a very healthy one to have towards school (well college now) but I just remind myself that there are much more important things in life. No matter what sort of an education you have there are always opportunities infront of you, and to me being happy is much more important than a piece of paper claiming to know how intelligent you are.
But thats just my view... its got me by, but like I said Im not sure if its a good attitude to have.
i find the best way is to make time for a chill sesh with friends (ie, have a girlie nite in with lots of choccy!)
bin there with a lot of work! i had 7 pieces of cwk due in! bloody nightmare!
just take some time for yourself and chill out! good luck with the work!!
Take some time out and relax <IMG SRC="smile.gif" border="0" ALT="icon">
After the doctor appointment, I spoke to my teachers and explained my situation and how I felt, and they were really nice and supportive about it.
I suggest you try and negotiate the homework situation with your teachers, you'll be surprised about how understanding they can be!
Over the counter stree-relief, such as Kalms, do wonders too! <IMG SRC="smile.gif" border="0" ALT="icon">
Good luck!
Well, if you think your're stressed and have a lot of work to do, how do you think people who are doing GCSE's and A levels are feeling?
Chill out. If you learn how to control your stress now, you'll be better equipt to handle improtant exams.
At 14 ur just gearing up to start your GCSE courses or equvilent. Without trying to scare you, it gets harder from here, so chill out and relax while you can!
