what to do next

Hi everyone I was wondering if someone could give me some advice

I have just decided to finish college and I am not sure what to do next. I was in college for 2 years doing health and social care foundation. And I am not sure what I can do with it. I was also did GCSE’S as in school I only did COEA’S (half a GCSE) as I have mild dyslexia and wasn’t given the chance to try. Wondering if anyone has any information, website’s or anything that might help me out
