I went to see Never mind the Buzzcocks!

Last night. I went with my friend and it was sooo funny. I love Mark Lamarr, Phil Jupitus and Bill Bailey.
The guests were Buster Bloodvessel, Joe Brown, Some R&B star who won a mobo or something, and the singer from the brand new heavies.
It was such a good night out, I sent off for free tickets so it was a cheap night out too, apart from my train fare to London. The audience was only small and we were only 3 rows back in the middle too, so got a fab view of everything.
I dont think they show the audience in any of it like they do on some programmes, but If they broadcast it, Ill have to see if I can recognise me and Lucys cackling
Beep boop. I'm a bot.

That is the only show on TV I regularly watch, Bill Bailey doesn't even have to say anything to be funny. How did you get tickets?

I've been to a couple of Room 101 and at least a dozen radio comedy things. The tickets are free and its a good atmosphere.

As for how to get tickets, hmm, well you can get radio ones from the Radio 4 website, which is www.bbc.co.uk/radio4 and the other ones are available from a mixture of places. Theres one called the Audience Store I believe.

(oh, and I've got tickets to see Bill Bailey live)

ooooh, a reply. I thought nobody loved me for a while.

It was so hilariously funny. Bill Bailey is Brilliant, but they were all funny. The woman from the brand new heavies, Nicole russo was really stuck up though, she didnt seem to get any of the jokes, and barely smiled, let alone laughed. She was wearing the kind of outfit she couldnt really move in, unless she wanted a tit or an arse cheek to fall out, so she just looked really uncomfortable.
I got tickets by typing in `free tickets to BBC shows` into google, and choosing a show.
I wanted Little Britain too, but its only shot on nights that I work unfortunatly.

It depends a lot on whether or not the show is shot 'inhouse' by the BBC or is farmed out to other producers. Room 101 and HIGFY is done by an outside company.

    Really? I'm jealous.:(

Rainbow - you have to wonder why some people bother going on, it just shows up their complete lack of personality, I can only think they are being publicity whores...

I'm not totally sure where it is, I'm going on the 5th of Nov.

I hope he's as good as when I saw Dylan Moran live, he was SO good, very very funny.

One of the only funny shows left on TV. Wish they had more comedy like this and do away with the shite like Peter Kay :(

I watched his hour long show thang on channel 4 and I can honestly say I didn't laugh once ;[

I never understood why people from London hate Northerners 'til I watched that.

Why did you watch the whole show if it was rubbish?

And are you going to respond to my PM?

Peter Kay is very funny. But he's a better writer than stand-up.

I would rather be anally raped by a bus than have to watch Ricky Gervais though- he's about as funny as watching your wife get hit by a train.

People had been going on about how funny he was for ages and I hadn't seen the show, so I thought I'd give it a proper chance. Better that than writing it off at the first shit joke

And yeah I'll reply to your PM in a sec; got a bad habbit of reading messages and not replying to them for ages ;[

Naaah I didn't like Pheonix Nights either. Guess it must be a Northern thing

Agreed about Gervais though, he was only slightly funnier ;[

The Royale Family is horrible, I do my best to avoid people like that in real life I dont want to spend my leisure time watching their crappy adventures.

It was like everything Caroline Ahern ever did- very funny bits ruined by the utter dross of the rest of it.

My taste is impeccable, my good sir.
