Spots and Facial Washes

Ive got trouble with spots- I mean they're not particulary bad but just recurring over and over especially on my forehead and cheeks. I've had a few things from doctors but none have done much and the last thing made me worse. Ive never been able to find a good facial wash though- def not one that makes much difference. At the mo Im using neutrogena clear pore wash but thats the same really- not making a noticable difference.

I was just wodnering what you all use and whether its good. Ive heard Biore is pretty popular- also any tips for clearing back acne? Neutrogena body wash does bugger all too help so Im hoping someone can help me out here <IMG SRC="smile.gif" border="0" ALT="icon">
