Temperature

Anyone know if those forehead thermometers are acurate? I feel like i have a temperature but it says i don't. Suggestions?

    I think they are relatively accurate. The best ones are those new ear ones, quick, accurate and easy.

    Either that or the traditional under the tongue ones.

    If you feel like you have a temperature and are feeling unwell, then you probably do.

    Why do you need to prove it with a thermometer?

    See your GP or practice nurse if you must.

    I don't i just don't know if i should be seeing someone or whatever? I dont remember ever having a temperature so wasnt sure if it was something to be worried about.

    Take two tablets of paracetamol and see how you feel in 45mins. That should reduce any fever you have.

    there are a range of normal temperatures, so what's a bit raised for you might be normal for other people.
