Ive had a really crap few days. I had a bad night in work on friday night and i think it started it off, but now i cant get rid of it and feel awful. Everything seems to make me cry, i dont wana smile, i dont wana do anything. How can i cheer myself up? Even my mums sayin that shes noticed it (i didnt mention it), shes now saying shes taking me to the doctors I need to cheer up and quick, but i dont know how.
