Everything seems to make me cry, i dont wana smile, i dont wana do anything. How can i cheer myself up? Even my mums sayin that shes noticed it (i didnt mention it), shes now saying shes taking me to the doctors :\ I need to cheer up and quick, but i dont know how.

    The PMT?

I suggest diet again, as I did with the tired man, that can help, a little excercise, making sure you're getting enough sleep.

Perhaps it's because you've stopped taking the pill then. Your hormones are bound to be acting a little funny.
