Is there a doctor who can answer this?

I am helping someone get off heroin. She won't go to the doctors for fear of it being put on her permenant record and it effecting things in the future. Would this happen? Also is there any way of getting hold of the drugs lefexadine or naltrexone without going to the doctors? If so is this wise? Thanx

I can strongly recommend National Drugs Helpline for detailed confidential advice:

Getting hold of those drugs without prescription and 'doing it yourself' at home is a really bad idea. Speak to the experts.

Also, asking for highly specialised medical advice on a message board can backfire - anyone could reply to you pretending to be a doctor.
