I used to have to where clip in braces. I remember when first wearing it, eating became something like an olyimpic sport. Belive me, though, in a week of so you wont even notice its there.

I think it depends what your dentist says - I've had two clip in braces and my dentist told me to take it out when eating both times, but my friend had one and she had to keep it in. So I dunno really!

If you don't feel comfortable maybe you could try just eating one meal a day with it in and take it out for the others, till you get used to it

yeah i had those braces for years. the first time i had them i didnt eat with them in but the second time i did and although it's really really weird and annoying, you do honestly get used to it and it's far easier than taking them out all the time.
I would reccomend you keep them in because when i started taking mine out all the time, i didn't end up wearing them much and now my teeth have gone back to the way they were! so its worth keeping them in if you want to keep nice straight teeth!

Hard sweets you probably wont manage to eat with it in, but the rest of the time you should get used to it quite quickly. Just remember to rinse it after youve eaten otherwise it stinks
