I know the feeling!! About when you think things cant get any worse they do. So much shit has happened to me this year I really dont think I would have got through it with out my friend. (he proberly the only one I've got left at the moment). I used to bottle everything up and make myself think my probelms werent as important as some peoples but my friend has made me realise it doesnt help to bottle things up and when things get too much to call him.

You're lucky. One thing iv "noticed" the last few months is how selfish people are, and how they dont seem to give a thought for other people's feelings at all. At my lowest points iv thought "i really dont want to live in a world where people care so little for each other"
    What is with that
    im a good person <IMG SRC="biggrin.gif" border="0" ALT="icon">

Depression is commoner than you think, (1 in 10 people suffer at any one time) - don't dismiss your feelings as nothing. Go and talk it through with someone...you don't have to take antidepressants, but counselling/ therapy may be worth thinking about. Ask your GP where to go. Just remember these services wouldn't exist if people weren't using them.
And look out for our mental health special up in the next couple of days.

There could be loads of bad things all happening at around the same time, which can naturally cause you to feel unhappy, but this isn't neccessarily depression.
Think about what is making you feel this way and try to deal with the 'bad' things one at a time and that should help.
I find it helps to talk, if you wanna chat to me, feel free to e-mail

Depression is a real bad problem in alot of people's lives keep it under control stay busy if it gets worse get help I can't stand depression it would be great if they could get rid of it for good and low self confidence get rid of it for good too that way people don't have to suffer.
