when i went on the pill, i put on 1/2 a stone and although im not bothered about the weight gain (i am now 8 stone) its left me somewhat 'wobbily'
ive been going to the gym, and i want to change my eating habits i dont want fad diets or anything like that cos they just dont work, but im trying to improve my diet cos the pill has made my appetite soar and im just stuffing myself with junk - does anyone have any good recipies/ or know any good cookbooks/websites with recipies which will stop me snacking in between, but at the same time is healthy and quick to cook??? <IMG SRC="biggrin.gif" border="0" ALT="icon"> <IMG SRC="biggrin.gif" border="0" ALT="icon"> <IMG SRC="biggrin.gif" border="0" ALT="icon"> <IMG SRC="biggrin.gif" border="0" ALT="icon"> <IMG SRC="biggrin.gif" border="0" ALT="icon"> <IMG SRC="biggrin.gif" border="0" ALT="icon"> <IMG SRC="biggrin.gif" border="0" ALT="icon">

Make loads of vegi sticks like carrots, baby corn, cauliflower, cucumber etc al ready in the fridge, with dips. Then if you are hungry they are already ready, and you can have crackers as well.

Grr hate the pill! It gave me red lines on my legs, I dunno what they are but they are horrible!

Snacking can actually be healthy, as long as you dont eat too much, and it is healthy food.
