This thread is stupid. Morality is a constantly changing thing. This questions answer would vary depending on where and when.
I was I was that mature.
When A+E is treating someone who drank 15 pints and is in a desperate state, they could be treating someone whose 'injury' was unavoidable and not, for all intents and purposes, pre-meditated. It angers me that people with non-drink related and unavoidable injuries have to sit and wait behind people who have knowingly and deliberately poisoned their own brain into the middle of next week. It's a responsibility thing.
Too be fair a the tax on alcohol pays for a lot of it - whether it covers the cost I couldn't say. It is worth considering though.
And the term binge drinking is bollocks anyway - check this.
