ID a song for me..?

A while back i was listening to john peel on radio1 (always good for a laugh), and there was this dance track on that me and my mates found hilarious.

its mostly this guy just talking and giving intructions, and saying "theres a bollard........theres another one...........theres a bollard.........theres another one"

Any Ideas??:eek2:

    says it might be this....... Bollard track is "Ton Wah", by Wevie de Crepon aka Wevie Stonder

    I was listening to that last night!
    The voice over sounds like the guy from snatch, the same one thats in the Italian Job and the Transporter.
    it is hillarious though.
