    i hardlly think that n. korea would want to nuke s. korea... especiallly because they WANT the land... i don't think they would try to destroy it first

    It doesn't destroy the land, it's not like Hiroshima sank into the sea after the A-bomb during WW2 is it?

    It'll kill the people, which would make things easy when it comes for land invasion really.

    It depends. Remember that nukes can leave fallout which is fatal to the aggressor too. If North Korea have neutron bombs, which kill life but leave equipment intact, then attacking South Korea with the intention of retaining the territory would be more feasible.
