Whats wrong?

hi for about 7 months after my period (usually 2 weeks after) i am really pale and feel really dizzy and faint. ive lost loadsa weight.

all nite i was feeling ill and felt like i was gonna be sick i dont think this is connected but my throat kills. im always ill! <IMG alt="image" alt="image" SRC="frown.gif" border="0">

    my ex had a similar problem and it turned out to be anemia (think thats correct spelling) which i think is an iron deficency in your diet, are you a vegetarian ? thing like dizzyness and weakened immune system are often caused by dietary problems, phone nhs direct and get advice from a doctor <IMG alt="image" alt="image" SRC="wink.gif" border="0">

    Anemia is when you have low iron in the body! You're supposed to use iron supplements and eat liver!! yuk!! Im veggie so i used to take iron supplements. Go to your doctor and they'll supply them for free!!!

    Warning though - don't take too many Iron Tablets!
    It can do you more harm than good!

    Ooooh nasty. Bloody diarrhoea. Luvvly jubbly.

    You're better off just eating some tasty red meat in the first place. Or lots and lots of greens.
