It might be embarrasing, but they really have seen it all before.
Get yerself down there and put your mind at rest.
Chances are it's a simple epidimal cyst (a cyst on the tubes which carry your semen) but it could also be something worse.
You shouldn't be too worried but is this really a part of your anatomy that you want to risk?
If I was in your shoes I would have been at the doctors along time ago because you could have testicular cancer and I was watchin a programme about it and its not a laughin matter its serious!! plz go to Your G.P!! Now!!!!

However, there is no substitute for professional advice.
Get it checked out, at least so you have peace of mind. I had a lump on one of my balls and I left it for ages, due to embarrassment and fear, but when my girlfriend found out she made me book an emergency appointment at the docs. I asked for a male gp and he did his examination. Yes I was very embarrassed, and probably shaking at the knees, but I knew this was a day to day routine for the doc. My god he has seen much worse. Anyway he said it was probably just a cyst. He referred me to a local hospital for a ultra sound scan, but I ended up going private to speed things up (also due to telling my parents.....who gave me the money for BUPA!). That was embarrassing was extremely reassuring to know that everything was ok. Definently go to the docs. In the worse case scenario, its best that you go as early as possible to get it back to normal! So bite your lip and get your arse down to the docs! Good luck!
