periods are diorreha?

eek! when i get my period i always get diorreha (sp?) especially when i get cramps.

does ne1 else get this? is it normal?

    sorry drifter, i dont get that but i have a suggestion on maybe why...

    when the uterus lining is breaking down i'm guessing that the muscles in and around that area are more relaxed to allow the blood and tissue to leave more easily and this could have an effect on the muscles round the back end too??? I dont know, i could be talking absolute rubbish but there...hope you're ok girly gal!

    Yups, I get that quite often. I'm not sure why it is though.

    I also find that having a poo and emptying the sacs helps cramps a lot. I hate cramps; I get them so badly!

    yes I get that problem too. Its really horrible isnt it. You are not alone.
