This is gonna sound weird, but

Former MemberFormer Member Posts: 1,876,323 The Mix Honorary Guru
I've been working out for a few months now and the left side of my chest is ...well still a bit limp, while my right side is bulkier. (I'm right handed, get the idea?)

Well the question is, how do i combat this? do I just do extra sets on my right side muscles only?

Any comments would be appreciated

    Thanks all, especially RNT

Now that i've been at it for a while, I have gained a lot of strength in all muscle groups. So i'll take extra care and do exercises with more care, and then hopefully all will be well.

    Just a note,
You will always naturally be a little bit larger on the dominant side of your body. I tried to "balance out" the size of my muscle groups for nearly a year before a doctor told me this.

Just make sure your technique is perfect, otherwise you could aggravate any problems. "One repetition with good technique and movement is worth more than two that are rushed and not done properly"
