Never tried it would do just because it be so fucking funny being on it and see how well it REALLY works.
That and you get (insert proper name which I cant remember) a situation where you get a hard on which wont go away. This can lead to gangreen, it falling off and possible blood poisioning as well.
A friend of mine tried it with MDMA and amphet, he said it ended up being really rather painful and unpleasant.

Having said that and even though I have no problems getting a good boner, I have tried it as a half dose on a number of occassions.
