breaking up with someone even when you know its for the best is always hard. the best thing to do is think positively and about your future. try not to dwell on how you could have saved the relationship or how you want him back. im sure you know in your heart the right decision was made. so just think about that and what you have to look forward to in your life.
and you might not think that your mum cares and that your friends are too busy etc but give them a call and go tell your mum. they'll try to make you feel better i'm sure.

    and don't forget the chocolate

No offence, but you really need to stop with the attention seeking here. You're going on and on in nearly every thread.

My mum doesn't really care, she just thinks im stupid and just cares about herself. She always moans that I told tell her thing and when I try to she is to busy playing on her phone texting her fancy man. All I need is a hug from someone and for someone to tell me everything will b ok.:(

break ups are crappy....colds arn't as crappy but still gross.....

    try this:

    curse
    wail
    cry
    punch things (preferably ex)
    eat junk food
    watch soppy movies
    cry some more
    then sleep
then watch the matrix........or something you like that isn't lovey dovy.......horror is good...
    then punch somemore things
    then cry
    then sleep
    then wake up
    and meditate
then have a clear out of things that remind you of him
    and have a fresh start...........

(i can see why people see me as a violent person now:eek2: )

The only thing that cheered me up when I was dumped was being asleep, because it numbed the pain. It'll be hard for a good few weeks and you honestly just have to let the feelings take their course otherwise you can't get better. Trying to mask the feelings with baths and chocolates won't work. Have a cry, wail, throw things around, it really is good for you in the long term.

    It will be hard.

    You will get through it.
