What's up with me?

I might not be the best looking bloke at college, but i'm certainly not the worst.

I am after a long relationship with someone, I don't really care about sex or anything like that, I just feel like I need someone to care for and someone to care for me.

I went to the pub after college broke up today, and I started kissing this girl (tongues and everything). I bought her loads of drinks and treated her really well. We share interests and we seemed to get on with each other quite well.

Until this other bloke walked in. He started kissing the girl I'd just been kissing. I'd admit that he might be a bit better looking than me, but he doesn't share any interests with this girl or anything. I really like this girl, but I don't know what to do. I have her house phone number. Should I ring her when she's sobered up? or will she still remember me even, because she was quite drunk?

What do you all think?

think u should chill out and relax m8, the right woman always turns up sometime. How old r u? college students can not have relationships and though im sure you can manage without a girlfriend they are realy nice and do care for you. Girls like someone whos chilled out and its best not to go straight in and kiss as then the girls pretty much done it all and will move on (girls lke a man of mystery, i keep to myself and never say anything and they always investigate out of curiosity). I got a girl right now but I think you should just relax a little and take life a day at a time.

I think I would remember having my tongue down another persons throat pretty well the next day! I don't think she would forget you that easily considering you got on pretty well.

I think you should find out a bit more about this other guy before you start calling her. You wouldn't want him getting jealous and wanting to cause trouble with you. Cause at the end of the day you don't know the girl well enough to fight over her.

Well, i see your point! College students can't have relationships, that's true, as well, as I only know about 3 people that go to college out of the 2000 or so sixth formers that are in solid relationships.

So, are you suggesting that I take the bull by the horns and dive in and see what will become, or leave it and let her stew about it? I don't know what happened to this other guy, as I ran away like a child and went to the bus station to go home. I haven't a clue what to do though. I feel cheap and used!

you're telling me. i feel like i'm running and chasing women all the time, and they seem just slightly out of my reach...

It's just that me and this girl this afternoon, however pissed we were, seemed to click. It's just this weird feeling, but we liked each other. Of course, it couldn't have happened at a worse time, being christmas we can't see each other every day at college, so i'll have to ring her soon.

I know that fags are bad, because my uncle died of lung cancer at 40 years old. I'm not going to become an addict of nicotine, and although there are much worse things about, I can't let myself fall into the trap.
Sorry, i've gone a bit off of the subject now.

It's just that I went out today to have a good end of college celebration with everyone else, and I would have certainly felt better if this girl hadn't even bothered in the first place!

Why did she show an interest in me if she was just going to get off with someone else later on, or was she just kissing this other bloke because she was pissed??
