Thinking of trying shrooms, not sure how much to take though, never tried them before, what could you well educated people reccomend as a dose thats not too heavy but then still strong enough so it does at least something!?

    It really depends on the type of shroom. What type will you be taking?

    The wet dose is roughly about 20-30g and the dried dose is about 1/10th of that.

    But that does vary.
