    If you are getting picked up then a good station to head for would be Birmingham International- you'll need to change at Crewe.

    The station is right by the NEC and the M42, so it is piss-easy to get to.

    I say Birmingham as you can very easily get there from anywhere on the train so you wouldn't have to change trains and as Kermit said, its good for shopping! :)
