Exciting opportunity to shape a NEW national organisation

Are you a secondary student? Have you recently left secondary school/doing a gap year? Would you like to be part of a new national organisation?

If so...here's your opportunity. The English Secondary Students Association is working to become the National Union of Students (NUS) equivalent for secondary students. ESSA will be run by students for students, and will aim to give secondary students the opportunity to have their views heard on Education matters.

ESSA is looking to recruit new volunteers to join its Steering Group. The Steering Group will help to shape the organisation and organise it's upcoming Conference. It will be comprised of around 15 people of different ages from across England, and thus places are limited! The first meeting will be held in Central London on Tuesday 27th July 2004 - so please ensure that you keep this date free!

If you would like more information about ESSA please visit the website: www.studentvoice.co.uk

If you are interested in joining the Steering Group please email Rajeeb Dey: rajeeb@studentvoice.co.uk
