    im at Aberdeen...it sucks for students. There is no union, the refectory is dated in a crap 70s kind of way and smells, and they have just cancelled the student newspaper.

    But yeah, go Aberdeen, woohoo :hyper:

    Going to Manchester Uni in Sept if I get ma 3 B's! I'll be shittin ma self 'cuz I don't know anyone there or have any family in England!

    With any luck I'll be at Edinburgh in October doing Social Anthropology.

    My second choice is Queens Belfast but I really don't wanna stay at home!

    Nope, I'm still not going this year. :(

    I'll be going in 2005 and by then, I'll have had the time to think about what it is I want to do and what not. It's a bugger, especially after I'm already 1 year behind. Well I'm not but you know what I mean.

    Manchester is a top place to study you'll love it! As for me, final year at Salford Uni comming up.

    Hey! Yeah it's really nice,and I'm doing French and Italian so similar set up,departments etc. Do you know what hall you're going to?
    It's a REALLY nice city and great to be a student in, I love it!

    Yeh I applied and got my place and it was my first choice. However I'm not sure what I want to do anymore and I didn't get around to doing my accomodation application form either. Which halls have you applied to stay in?

    Exchange Works and Leadmill Point. They haven't told me anything yet though. Going to the open day tomorrow to have a look round again before I go. Can't wait to go now.

    So you definately not going this year?

    I can't remember which I was applying for, I remember not being able to decide. Thing is my lectures or whatever would've been based at that other place...I can't remember what it's called. So common sense would be to apply for accomodation near there but they don't look very nice and they're all catered. Nope, not off this year. :(

    I want to now. :(

    Maybe you still could through clearing or something. You would be at Collegiate? You could still go in halls near City Campus and get the uni buses from there to Collegiate.
